The professional backgrounds of our employees are very diverse - what matters most to us is not qualifications, but personality and skills. The hard skills you need as a recruiter are taught by our experienced Learning & Development Coaches in regular training sessions.
Amoria Group delivers both recruitment and consulting services through our two brands. Amoria Group is our recruitment business, providing permanent and temporary staffing solutions within Technology, Advanced Engineering and Energy markets globally.
CMC is our consultancy, delivering experts in Advanced Engineering and Energy to our global partners. The consultants we deploy are industry specialists who work for us, and are contracted for a fixed time to deliver work on our partners projects.
Whichever brand you work for, you'll have access to the same level of training and support and will be able to collaborate with teams across the Group to provide the full scope of services to your clients.
Definitely! Of course, experience in recruitment or sales can help you to progress faster. However, we recognise that success in these fields is based on personality and ambition. Everything else can be taught to you by our Learning & Development Coaches in regular training sessions - which start from day one and continue even as you progress up the 10 steps.
Our most successful colleages are strong communicators, resilient and ambitious. They also often have a success-oriented mindset and are motivated to always develop themselves. Other qualities that will help you in your career at Amoria Group are empathy and the ability to build relationships and networks quickly.
